It’s amazing to know so many women who are in love with makeup and beauty! I have friends that are YouTubers, have their own hair company, and are makeup artists. So I’m always sure to support them. So of course when someone you know creates something amazing related to beauty, Good Girl Gone Fab is here to share the amazingness! Recently, SkylarMUA Glitz was launched by a friend of mine, Skylar. She’s a makeup artist and is now expanding her love for all things beauty into a cosmetics line!
SkylarMUA Glitz provides Cosmetic Grade Glitters for Makeup Artists, Nail Techs, and Beauty Enthusiasts to add some extra glam to their look! There are currently eight glitters available in the colors Kiss the Sky, Mint Chip, Just Peachy, 24 karat, Baby Doll Pink , Poppin Pink, Silver Surfer, and Midnight Black.
I purchased three glitters and got the fourth free during the promotional sale! I couldn’t wait to share this with you all so I made extra time today to create this Black Glitter Smokey Eye featuring the Midnight Black Glitter. The glitters were so much fun to apply! I would definitely recommend doing your eye makeup first when using this on the eyes. Of course when applying glitter fallout during the process is inevitable, so it’s just a lot easier to wipe away the glitter on a bare face with no foundation.
I used Too Faced’s Glitter Glue Shadow Primer purchased at Ulta for $20. (There’s also a NYX Glitter Primer that’s only $6 that you can try too!) The primer helps the glitter to stick to the shadows and lid making sure to stay put all day! The glitter is so pretty and you don’t need too much to create a full look!
