Growing up with “old school” parents, I would always see my parents purchasing watches. It’s probably not even old school but as an adolescent I never got why I “needed” a watch. I’m a millennial as they call us. So to me the time is everywhere. I have an iPhone. I’m typing on my computer and the time is in the upper right corner. I have a clock on the wall. If I’m in the car, my dash has a clock. I can go on and on…The point is the time is everywhere. But it wasn’t until last year I randomly fell in love with wrist wear and watches. They scream a certain level of class I admired. Seeing a woman or man in a fresh outfit is great but when they top it off with a watch it screams style.
For Valentine’s Day 2016, I was gifted this Anne Klein Women’s Interchangeable Gold-Tone Bangle Bracelets & Watch Set. I love gold and this watch set goes with almost everything I wear! I love it even more because it comes with bracelets that can be worn alone as well.
I’ve been on the hunt for more watches to purchase so I decided to share my favorites on my wish-list with you! If you’ve been contemplating on purchasing a new watch, get one! It’s a simple timeless piece. 😉
- Jacqueline Three Hand Date Wine Watch: Talk about unique. This watch by Fossil is a beauty. It first reminded me of my Fenty x Puma Velvet Creepers in the color Wine. If I had this watch to wear with those shoes together there would be no stopping me. It’s $135 and can be engraved, making it even more unique!
- Metro Rose Watch: Just in time for the (supposedly) upcoming Spring! This Kate Spade watch is just pretty in pink. It features a pink and gold rose flower in the face of the watch with gold accents and a baby pink band. It’s water resistant as well which is perfect for the unpredictable wet spring weather! It’s a $250!
- Chain Reaction Watch: Charming Charlie is the go to place if you’re looking for affordable watches in great style! Since I love watches that also double as bracelets, this silver piece is perfect if you’re looking for something fun! It’s edgy and chic and only $24!
- Fossil Q Women’s Wander Touchscreen White Silicone Strap Smart Watch: I’ve considered a Smart Watch for some time and I’m not 100% sold, as I don’t have one currently. But if I wanted a tech splurge I would for sure consider this one! I love this because it’s still sexy and smart–and doesn’t look too bulky. It’s the perfect touch of feminine into a Smart Watch. It’s $295, so not cheap but I can see it being worth it for a woman on the go!
