Wow, it’s July af.
Welcome back to GoodGirlGoneFab. It’s been a while since I’ve posted style photos on my blog but I’ve been waiting for the longest to do an updated style post. My style hasn’t changed that much but I am trying to expand my closet a bit. Although it’s summer, my favorite pair of shoes to wear right now are any of my FENTY x Puma sneakers. I have three pairs and they are my go-to when I’m looking to be casual with a bit of edge.
A few months ago, I got the now sold out FENTY Suede Cleated Creeper in tan. They are available in two other colorways here. These shoes completely out of my comfort zone but I decided to give them a try since 1. I love FENTY x Puma and 2. they were on sale for $80 (originally $160.) I tend to pair them with a simple black bodycon dress and my favorite denim jacket, both from Forever 21.
My favorite things about these shoes are:
- They make me look tall. I’m only 5’2 so when I can find a way to elongate my legs without wearing heels, I’m all for it.
- They’re unlike any other shoes I’ve seen before. I’m so basic when it comes to my shoe collection. Everything I own is black so these gave me a chance to try something new.
- Comfortable af. I know they look scary to walk in but after a few struts around the house to break them in, these Creepers make me feel like I’m walking on a cloud.
- Rihanna can do no wrong with her Puma line. Every shoe I’ve purchased from the line is quality!
