Sephora & Ulta Beauty Haul!

This past week I’ve racked up a good amount of beauty products! Most of them are actually brands that I haven’t tried before now! So I was so excited to share everything here at GoodGirlGoneFab.com. This haul is separated into 3 sections; Ulta, Sephora Gratis (bag with orange sticky note), and Sephora Purchase.

One of the perks of working at Sephora is the gifts that we get as employees! Gratis is something that employees at Sephora earn for working hard and attending brand lessons during their shifts. This is my first gratis that I received and it was so exciting! So I’ve separated the two Sephora sets into products that I got as gifts and products that I bought. Everything at Ulta was purchased by me as well. (I’ll have swatches all of products in one of my upcoming posts!)

Ulta Purchases

My purchases at Ulta were smaller than my Sephora purchase but I got 4 things that Ive been wanting for a long time! All of these products are by NYX, a brand that I love! Its so affordable and the quality of products are even better. I especially love their soft matte lip cream so I bought two more in a vampy dark color called “Transylvania” and a light brown color called “Abu Dhabi”. I also bought two lip liners that I’ve been wanting as well. A nude color simple named “Natural” and a black liner called “Black Berry.”

Sephora Gratis 

As I said before, gratis are gifts from Sephora and the companies that come in and teach us about their products. I was lucky enough to earn my gratis recently and it was so satisfying to know that my hard work at Sephora is appreciated! My two favorite things in my gratis bag was the My Burberry perfume and the MAKE UP FOR EVER eye shader brush. I never buy whole bottles of perfumes so having this full sized (expensive) bottle was a great start to my fragrance collection. You can also never have too many makeup brushes so I was excited to add that to my collection as well.             

In my gratis bag I also received Alpha Beta Peel Starter Sheet Masks by Dr. Dennis Gross, Living Proof Dry Shampoo, NARS Tinted Moisturizer, Lancome Youth Activating Serum, Bobbi Brown Clear Eyebrow Taming Gel, Philosophy Grateful Fragrance and Tarte LipSurgence Lip Gloss.

Sephora Purchase 

The final part of this beauty haul are the products that I bought from Sephora on my own. Since they were all hand picked by me, they are all my favorites! But I have been wanting to try Too Faced’s Better Than Sex Mascara. It is amazing. So perfect and I love it! (I will have a separate blog post about this product next week!) My other honorable mention is the Anastasia Beverly Hills’ Self-Made Palette featuring 14 shades. I needed another eyeshadow palette for my collection. (I was growing tired of the Naked 2 palatte because I used it so much, even though I do love it.) But this new palette has a mix of fun and everyday shades so I was drawn to it. I also purchased Sephora’s Contour and Highlight stick in the color Deep, a  Sephora Pro Bent Liner Brush (#23), and Benefit’s POREfessional face primer.
